Great solution. Very sturdy.
Installed in my basement with 7'10" ceiling. Works perfect for my needs. Purchased spotter arms and dip rack. This stuff is High Grade steel. Will definitely support 1000 lbs easily. Recommend for anyone wanting a home gym. Pullups, bench press, squats, it's all here.
If you do not have a Profile Folding Squat Rack WITH a pull up bar, you will need to buy the reinforcement kit before using this product (could risk injury). With that being said, I have used this piece of equipment a few times since getting it a couple of weeks ago and I absolutely love this product. It is very sturdy and does not wobble at all with the reinforcement kit. I say this is a GREAT accessory to add to your home (garage) gym.
